Three Epic Outdoor Shows in BC: Adventure, Fishing, Overlanding & Community

If you’re into adventure, fishing, overlanding, and the outdoor lifestyle in British Columbia, there’s nothing quite like show season. This year, we had the chance to be part of three incredible events: the Vancouver Adventure Show, the BC Sportsmen’s and Wilderness Show, and the BC Outdoors Show.

Each one brought something unique—but they all had one thing in common: a shared passion for the outdoors and the people who live for it.

 

The energy at the Vancouver Adventure Show is always next level. From the moment the doors open, you’re surrounded by everything adventure—travel destinations, camping gear, overlanding builds, and people who just get it.

We spent the weekend connecting with fellow adventurers, checking out new gear, and sharing stories from the road. It’s not just a show—it’s a place where ideas spark, trips get planned, and inspiration hits hard.

Abbotsford: Where the Outdoors Come Alive

Next up was the BC Sportsmen’s and Wilderness Show in Abbotsford—and this one always delivers.

If you’re into fishing, hunting, boating, and backcountry exploration, this show is packed. Walking through the booths, you’ll find everything from the latest fishing gear to fully built overlanding rigs ready to hit the trail.

But what really makes it special is the people.

We met so many new faces, reconnected with old friends, and had countless conversations with people who follow our journey. Hearing your stories, your adventures, and how you’re getting out there—that’s what it’s all about.

Chilliwack: The Heart of the Community

Then came the BC Outdoors Show in Chilliwack.

This show has a different vibe—in the best way possible. It feels local, real, and deeply connected to the outdoor community. From fishing enthusiasts to families looking to get outside more, it brings together people from all walks of life who share one thing: a love for the outdoors.

It’s also where you really see how strong the BC outdoor community is. Conversations go deeper, connections feel stronger, and the passion is real.
