The similarity to Vancity Vanlife, another YouTube channel, often catches people’s attention. While our names and locations align, our focus diverges significantly. Vancity Vanlife delves into the van life movement, exploring the lifestyle and culture of living in a van. In contrast, Vancity Adventure is dedicated to overlanding adventures, embracing a broader scope of travel that includes off-road exploration, wilderness camping, and immersive nature experiences.
Our friendship with Chrome from Vancity Vanlife goes way back to the ’90s. We connected through shared experiences, clubs, and mutual interests, forming a bond that has stood the test of time. Despite our different travel styles, our connection remains strong, driven by our shared love for adventure and the open road. Our diverse paths in van life and overlanding have created unique journeys, but our friendship is a testament to the enduring power of shared passions.
